Common exclusions
Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, wrong voltage, modification, damage after delivery, or parts sold for repair/evaluation only.
Evidence before shipment
When available, we share actual photos, nameplate photos, packing photos, and power-on or function test notes before shipment.
Return approval
DOA claims require prompt notice, photos or video evidence, and written approval before return shipment. Return routing depends on supplier and destination.
