The IC200ALG260 is an 8-channel analog input module for VersaMax systems designed to accept either voltage or current signals on a per-channel basis. Inputs are single-ended and grouped, supporting 4–20 mA current and selectable 0–10 VDC or ±10 VDC voltage ranges. Channel resolution is 12 bits, with module data reported at 16-bit word width to the controller. The module offers fast acquisition with a 0.4 ms update rate and a selectable input filter with a typical 5 ms response to help balance noise rejection and throughput. Diagnostics include under/over-range, open wire, internal power loss, non-volatile memory fault, and high/low alarm, with LED indicators for status. Optical isolation is provided between field and logic for increased robustness. Backplane power draw is approximately 125–130 mA at 5 VDC. Configuration is software-driven, including range and mode selection per channel. The unit is compatible with VersaMax PLC CPU firmware version 1.20 or later.
