When you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), supplier intake, or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name/company, email, phone or WhatsApp, ship-to country, the part numbers and quantities you ask about, and any message content.

We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and the page an RFQ was submitted from) to operate the service and prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request — to prepare quotes, confirm availability, condition, lead time, shipping, and payment terms — and to communicate with you about your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

For visitors in the EU/UK, we process your data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

5. Sharing

We may share request details with sourcing suppliers and logistics/payment providers strictly as needed to fulfil your enquiry. These parties process the data on our instructions.

6. Retention

We keep RFQ and contact records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights
